The 2015 Leyland Society event was in the car park next to the British Commercial Vehicle Museum. The weather was mild with occasional showers brightening to sunny.
A programme was available listing the vehicles on display and containing a short account of each vehicle and who owns it. There are probably copies still available from the Leyland Society, link below.
A regular bus tour was offered from the British Commercial Vehicle Museum using the Leyland Lion.
About 25 vehicles turned up and we were advised the Leyland 8 car had mechanical problems which was disappointing. Also 10 other vehicles hadn't turned up. There was only one stall which was the Leyland Society stall. To be honest a bit of a disappointing turn out although some people had travelled a long way with their vehicles and it is expensive to bring a big lorry or bus far.
